We are a 100% black owned and Level 1 B-BBEE compliant company located in East London and established in 2012 by Mr. Thabiso Njokwana. The firm draws from the experience of its director and has been involved in a wide variety of projects. We provide total and sustainable building cost and management solutions. To us sustainability includes consideration of the environment and its people.

About Thabiso Njokwana
Thabiso is an experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of almost 20 years in the built environment. His experience is in light industrial buildings, corporate buildings, institutional buildings, residential houses, mixed use facilities, retail facilities, hospitality and sports facilities.
He has grown to distinguish himself with good technical skills, successful contract administration, creative contractual solutions, project risk mitigation, negotiation and settlement of contractual claims, assessment of insurance claims and alternative dispute resolution and fluency with various construction contracts (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC and GCC).
The phrase “like sands through the hour glass, so are the days of our lives” captures Thabiso’s philosophy about brevity of life, value of relationships and things. Therefore, he considers himself indebted to his clients, associates, family, etc. with his best service.
